I have put a link to your submission on the La Perouse Market Gardens. Randwick Council are proposing to rezone the Gardens RU4 Rural Small Lot. There is pressure on Councillors, particularly Liberal, to vote against this and allow cemetery uses. The submission from Lands Department suggested that Cemetery Uses be allowed. Please write to the relevant Minister, Katrina Hodgkinson - her portfolio includes Lands, Primary Industries (including The Office of Agricultural Sustainability and Food Security), and Small Business. Her email is office@minister.hodgkinson.nsw.gov.au Please ask her to support Randwick Council's rezoning to Rural Small Lot.

A two story development next door left us with no sun in our garden or house for almost 6 months of the year.
Increased mould -on outside and inside of house.
Increased fuel bills as no warming sun in winter.
Unable to grow desired food plants.
How can this be "good planning"?
